Executive Program in Leadership with AI
Inauguration: 30th November, 2025
The first batch of the Executive Program in Leadership with AI has been inaugurated at IIM Visakhapatnam. Designed to address the evolving demands of the business landscape, the program places AI at the centre while integrating functional domains to provide a holistic perspective on leadership in the AI era.
Over a span of 10 months, participants will explore AI fundamentals, applied and generative AI, AI strategy and roadmapping, product thinking and implementation, business transformation with agentic AI, responsible AI practices, and AI applications across various business functions.
The inauguration was graced by Shri Eka Pillai, Director of the YesPanchi Group of Companies. In his address, he highlighted the potential of AI as a transformative solution for humanity and lauded IIMV’s “the world is our campus” approach to executive learning.
The cohort, with an average of nearly 19 years of professional experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse perspectives to the program. Program Directors Prof. Srinivas Josula and Prof. Amit Shankar expressed their gratitude to Prof. M. Chandrashekar, Director, IIMV and all stakeholders for their support in launching this unique initiative.
