At its pinnacle stands Vriddhi - IIM Visakhapatnam's Annual Business Conclave - drawing 18+ CXO-level leaders, igniting panel discussions on the future of business, and engaging 300+ participants in a national conversation that bridges academia and industry. With competition registrations exceeding 10,000 and a reach of over 1.2 lakh, Vriddhi is a stage where ideas are tested, networks are forged, and futures take shape.

Cultural Cluster
The Cultural Cluster of IIM Visakhapatnam plays a key role in enriching campus life by promoting creativity, cultural engagement, and student collaboration through a wide range of events and initiatives throughout the year. The Cluster organizes major cultural festivals and celebrations on campus, such as Ganesh Chathurti, Onam, Janmashtami, Sankranthi, Navratri, Christmas, etc., fostering a vibrant and inclusive student community.
Its flagship event, Samaarambh, is the annual cultural fest of the Institute, which attracts participation from colleges across the country and serves as a large-scale platform for cultural exchange, competitions, and various fun activities.
The Cultural Cluster comprises three student-driven clubs: Spotlight, the Dance and Dramatics Club; ARTquake, the Art and Music Club; and Vatsalya, the Social Responsibility Club. These clubs actively contribute to Cluster events while also organizing their own club-specific activities, competitions, workshops, performances, and social initiatives throughout the academic year.

The Sports Cluster of Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam plays a crucial role in promoting physical fitness, competitive spirit, teamwork, and student engagement through a wide range of sports and e-sports activities conducted throughout the academic year. The Cluster is committed to fostering a vibrant sporting culture on campus by organizing tournaments, leagues, recreational events, and wellness initiatives that encourage active participation from the student community.
The Sports Cluster comprises two student-driven bodies: the Sports Club and Zorba. The Sports Club oversees all major sporting activities and competitive events on campus, while Zorba focuses on e-sports and gaming culture, creating an engaging platform for students passionate about virtual and strategic gaming competitions. Both bodies actively contribute towards strengthening the sporting ecosystem of the Institute through various events, competitions, workshops, and interactive initiatives.
The flagship event of the Sports Club is Yuddhh, the annual intra-college sports tournament that brings together students across batches to compete in multiple sporting disciplines, fostering camaraderie, teamwork, and healthy competition. Zorba’s flagship event, Arcadia, is the annual e-sports and gaming fest of the Institute that features a variety of gaming tournaments and interactive competitions, attracting enthusiastic participation and promoting the growing culture of e-sports on campus.
The Sports Cluster has also consistently represented the Institute at prestigious competitions such as the Inter IIM Sports Meet, competing against seven other Indian Institutes of Management and showcasing exceptional performances across various sporting disciplines.
